Once a facility is selected, visit us at City Hall to check date availability and complete an application.
All facility rentals must be complete in-person at City Hall with the Community Services Department.
Please review our Facility Use Application & Agreement, which staff will complete with you on-site. This document must be complete and signed by the reservation holder, who should be present for the duration of your event.
Hosting a fundraiser? An additional Fundraising Application will need to be submitted and approved by our City Manager.
For indoor reservations, a deposit is due upon booking to finalize your date. For outdoor reservations, all fees must be paid in full to secure your event date.
You can use our Fee Calculator to estimate total fees, staff at City Hall will be able to provide a complete total upon booking.
To finalize your event date, all fees must be paid in full two weeks prior to your event date. Any additional documents requested by staff (insurance, ABC license, etc.) are also due at this time.
The City of Stanton requires permits for all teams wishing to utilize City fields for practice, training or games. Fields are allocated for the January-June and July-December seasons, and all teams are required to carry liability insurance.
